1. Introduction

These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all payments made by customers ("Customer" or "You") to the company ("Company," "We," or "Us") through any digital platform, website, or service operated or managed by the Company (collectively, the "Platform(s)"). This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between You and the Company regarding payments for products and/or services purchased or accessed via the Platform(s).

By proceeding with a payment on any Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.1. All payments for products and/or services offered through the Platform(s) are processed securely by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) on behalf of the Company. The Company does not store Your full payment details.

2.2. Payment methods accepted may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, and other methods supported by the payment processors.

2.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. The Company is not responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect or outdated payment details provided by You.

3. Payment Confirmation and Receipt

Upon successful payment, You will receive a confirmation message and/or receipt via email or through the Platform. This confirmation constitutes proof of payment.

4. Pricing and Currency

Prices for products and/or services are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. All payments will be charged in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes

5.1. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Company’s refund policy, which may vary depending on the product or service purchased. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

5.2. If You believe a payment has been made in error or unauthorized, You must contact the Company promptly to resolve the issue.

5.3. Any dispute arising from payments shall be governed by the dispute resolution terms set forth in the general terms and conditions of the Platform(s).

6. Use of Payment Data and Privacy

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials related to the Platform(s) and for all activities that occur under Your account.

7.2. You agree not to use the Platform(s) or payment services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from payment transactions or use of the Platform(s), including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform(s) after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
